Over eight years of working with women, I have seen what happens when someone feels truly held. When the room is safe and the touch is intentional and there is nowhere to be but here. Something softens. Something opens. And the skin — remarkable, intelligent, alive — responds in kind.
My own path through darkness taught me that we are so much more than what the surface shows. That the body holds wisdom we haven't been taught to listen to.
